Privacy policy

How SALUS PLUS d.o.o. handles the personal data you share with us through this website, by phone or by email.

Effective from 20 October 2026.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is SALUS PLUS d.o.o., Štihova ulica 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, company registration number 6770134000, VAT number SI13840622.

For any questions about data protection, email us at info@salusplus.si or call us on +386 51 224 422.

What data we collect

  • Details from the enquiry or service form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), installation or door location, your message and your door preferences (type, style, brand).
  • The language of the page you sent the form from, and the campaign tag (UTM) if you reached the site through an advert or a tagged link.
  • Technical data the server receives automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type and time of visit.
  • Any details you give us yourself when you call or write to us.

Purpose and legal basis

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.

  • Replying to your enquiry, preparing a quote and arranging a measurement visit — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Fulfilling your order, installation, servicing and warranty claims — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Issuing invoices and keeping accounting records — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Protecting the forms from abuse, keeping the site secure and fixing errors — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Finding out which campaigns bring in enquiries (UTM) — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for no more than two years after our last contact. Customer data is kept for as long as the contract and warranty period last, and invoices for as long as tax law requires (usually ten years). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Who we share your data with

Your data is seen only by staff who need it for their work and by processors who provide services to us under contract:

  • our server and database hosting provider,
  • our email provider, which we use to send notifications and enquiry confirmations,
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — its Turnstile service checks that a form is sent by a person rather than a bot, processing your IP address and browser data,
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — server error logging; the data is stored in the EU,
  • Google — the map on the Contact page and the site fonts load from Google servers, which receive your IP address.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Google are US companies. Data is transferred to the US on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and browser storage

The website itself does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising tools.

If you arrive through a link with a campaign tag (utm_*), your browser keeps that tag in local storage (localStorage) for 30 days so we can attach it to your enquiry. It is only sent to our server if you submit a form.

Google Maps and Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own cookies when they load; these are governed by those providers’ policies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for:

  • access to the data we hold about you,
  • correction of inaccurate data,
  • erasure of your data when we no longer need it or may no longer keep it,
  • restriction of processing,
  • transfer of your data to another controller,
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

How to exercise your rights

Send your request to info@salusplus.si. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority (Information Commissioner, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si) or with the data protection authority in your EU country of residence.

Security

Data travels between your browser and our server encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorised staff have access to it.

Changes

We update this policy when our work or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
