Interior, security and fire doors
We represent three European manufacturers: Bertolotto, Dierre and Padilla. Our range covers interior, security and fire doors — from made-to-measure designs to certified classes RC2–RC4 and EI30–EI90. We measure and install every door ourselves, across Slovenia and on the Croatian coast.

Interior doors
Interior doors separate rooms and set the look of a home. They come in veneered, lacquered and solid wood versions, with classic or concealed frames, and in sizes made to fit the opening. Thanks to its structure, wood dampens sound between rooms.

Security doors
Security doors protect the entrance to a flat or house against burglary. They come in classes RC2, RC3 and RC4 under the EN 1627 standard, with a steel structure and a cladding of your choice. The class applies to the whole door assembly, not just the leaf.

Fire doors
Fire doors hold back fire and limit heat transfer between the fire compartments of a building. They come with EI30, EI60 and EI90 ratings, in metal or timber, with additional hardware for escape routes. We install them in basements, boiler rooms, stairwells and commercial buildings.

Flat in an apartment block
The entrance calls for a security door, which also cuts noise from the stairwell. For most flats, class RC2 or RC3 is enough. Between rooms, use interior doors — if an opening is non-standard, we have them made to measure.
House
For the entrance you can choose a solid wood door or a higher-class security door. For isolated houses and ground-floor entrances we recommend RC3 or RC4. Basements and boiler rooms often require fire doors.
New build
Here most of the decisions concern interior doors: the finish, the opening type, a concealed frame or a flush-to-wall door. We measure once the floors are at their finished height — otherwise the doors cannot be set correctly. We coordinate the date with the other trades.
Commercial building
Here regulations drive the decision, not design. We choose fire doors according to the required resistance — EI30, EI60 or EI90 — and supply the documentation on delivery. For a door schedule, send us an enquiry and we will prepare a quote.
Frequently asked questions
About door types and standards — what customers ask us before they choose.
Interior doors separate rooms within a flat or house. With them you mainly choose the material, finish and opening type. Entrance doors separate the building from the outside, so besides looking good they must also provide burglar protection, thermal insulation and weather resistance.
Yes. Security doors have an insulated core and seals around the entire perimeter, so they let through less noise than ordinary entrance doors. Exactly how much depends on the model. If noise from the stairwell is the main reason for replacing your door, tell us at the measurement visit and we will recommend a suitable model.
The classes are defined by the EN 1627 standard. RC2 resists a break-in for about 3 minutes, RC3 for about 5 minutes and RC4 for about 10 minutes. For a flat in a block with a controlled entrance, RC2 or RC3 is usually enough. For a house, an isolated house or a ground-floor flat we recommend RC3 or RC4.
Security doorsThe requirement is set by fire regulations and the fire safety study for the specific building, not by the door seller. In practice they are most often required in basements, boiler rooms, garages and the stairwells of apartment buildings. The rating EI30, EI60 or EI90 tells you how many minutes the door holds back fire and heat. On delivery we supply the documentation that inspectors require.
Fire doorsYes. We represent three manufacturers, so you can order interior, entrance and fire doors from a single supplier. We measure and install everything with our own team, which means one quote, one installation date and one party responsible for the whole building.
