What we service
Door adjustment and alignment
Doors settle over time. We realign the leaf and adjust the hinges and the locking points around the perimeter.
Cylinder and lock replacement
A lost key, a worn cylinder or an upgrade to a security cylinder with anti-snap protection.
Seal and hardware replacement
Worn seals let air and sound through. We replace seals, handles and hinges.
Repairs after a break-in attempt
Damage assessment, replacement of affected parts and restoration of the door's burglar resistance.
Regular service inspection
Recommended once a year for fire doors and doors with multi-point locking.
Door closer and panic hardware service
Adjusting closing speed and latching force; on fire doors, also checking that the leaf always closes fully.
Wherever you bought your door, we will take care of the servicing.

Service FAQ
Yes. We service doors from all three brands we represent, as well as doors from other manufacturers — for those, the availability of spare parts depends on the model.
The scope of the warranty depends on the manufacturer and the door model. Once you tell us the brand and model, we will let you know whether it is a warranty case or a chargeable service — before we come out.
We agree on a date when you report the problem. Urgent cases, where the door cannot be locked, are given priority.
